Anna Horváth graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 2025. During her university years, she participated in the Erasmus+ programme and studied abroad at the University of Milan (Università degli Studi di Milano – La Statale), where she attended, among others, an M&A-focused course covering transaction processes, related legal tasks complex contractual clauses and structures, as well as aspects of contract analysis. During her studies, she also took part in accounting, tax, and economic law courses organised within the student association Pacioli Tax&Legal Club, founded by students of ELTE ÁJK and GTK, which focused on aligning business logic with related legal fields; in this context, she gained knowledge of the background and practical challenges of holding structures, as well as the economic role of various types of taxes. In 2023, as an intern, she gained experience at a law firm with an international client base, primarily in the fields of corporate law and tax law, with a significant part of her work involving assistance in the preparation of trust management agreements. Since February 2025, she has been a trainee lawyer at Gárdos Mosonyi Tomori Law Office, where she assists in corporate law matters as well as in the handling of litigation and out-of-court disputes, and and in this context has gained experience in handling compensation claims arising from internet fraud cases – in particular CEO fraud-type schemes. In addition to the above, her areas of interest include employment law, with a particular focus on unlawful termination of employment contracts.
