Dr. Noémi Váradi

Noémi Váradi graduated from the University of Szeged in 2017. During her university years, she studied at the Technische Universität Dresden within the framework of the Erasmus+ program. In 2020, she obtained an LL.M. degree in Economic Criminal Law from Pázmány Péter Catholic University, and in 2022 she passed the bar exam.

She began her career at the Budapest Metropolitan Court as a judicial clerk, where she gained extensive experience in civil, economic, and criminal law cases, as well as insight into administrative and labor law proceedings. She then worked as in-house counsel at a real estate-focused company, where her responsibilities included drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate, financial, and commercial contracts.

In October 2024, she joined the law firm Gárdos Mosonyi Tomori. Her work primarily involves providing day-to-day legal support to clients operating as issuers and service providers on the capital market. She has gained experience, among others, in preparing documentation related to securities offerings and conducting regulatory proceedings. Beyond implementing classical capital market projects, she is actively involved in providing corporate law support to publicly listed companies, particularly in the development of internal policies, compliance monitoring, and the management of corporate events.

She speaks English and German.
